Maintenance
Technical assistance is another characteristic that makes us stand out on the market, related especially to the fact that by producing in Italy, we have very fast return and repair turnarounds.
Qualified specialists that are authorised by the technical dossier for medical devices produced are sent the MD requiring maintenance for the following reasons:
A) Every 12 months, the EMD is returned for a full check-up and reconditioning, following which the EMD will be assessed in accordance with 60601-1 standards.
B) The communicator has technical issues. Once these are identified and repaired, the device will undergo the same procedures underlined in point A.
C) The communicator is returned for reconditioning following a change of patient. It will undergo all the procedures underlined in point A and all sensitive data from the previous patient will be removed.
